By accessing or using designedbysharla.com ("the Site") and purchasing products from Designed by Sharla, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Designed by Sharla specializes in custom, personalized pet portraits. All products are made-to-order based on customer specifications and photographs provided.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS

  • All pet portraits are custom-created based on photos and specifications you provide
  • You are responsible for providing clear, high-quality photos for your custom order
  • Processing time begins once we receive all necessary information and photos
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • You retain ownership of any photos you submit
  • By submitting photos, you grant Designed by Sharla a license to use them for creating your custom order. You also grant Designed by Sharla authorization to use both the reference photo and created artwork in the promotion of the business. This includes but is not limited to recordings, photos, ads, flyers, media, mailings, and social posts.
  • All artwork, designs, and finished portraits created by Designed by Sharla remain our intellectual property
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs for commercial purposes

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are in USD
  • Payment is required at the time of order
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
  • Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping times and costs vary by location
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We do not offer refunds except in cases of proven defective products not caused by shipping, or errors on our part.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Designed by Sharla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

9. PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
