Once your portrait ships, you'll receive email notification with tracking number, estimated delivery date, and text alerts when it's out for delivery. USPS typically takes about 3-5 business days.

If you're local to the Midcounty/Beaumont area of Southeast Texas (east of Houston), you can request local pickup in the checkout screen and utilize $15 off your order with discount code PICKUP15. This is a win-win for both of us, as it saves me packaging materials and mail time. You'll then be notified when it's ready for pickup and the address to do so.
